Application of Intelligent "MBBR+MBR" in Reclaimed Water Reuse in Expressway Service Area

摘要;针对河北省高速公路服务区污水处理设施陈旧,处理能力不足、出水水质不达标等问题,利用原有建构筑物进行优化改造,本次改造充分发挥聚氨酯软性填料挂膜快、流化程度高生物量大,MBR系统出水水质好、污泥浓度高、剩余污泥少的优势,利用智能化控制系统,实现无人化管理。污水处理站经调试完成后,系统能够稳定运行,出水水质优于《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质标准》(GB18920-2020)冲厕水质标准要求。
Abstract: In oder to solve the problems of outmoded sewage trealment facilities,insutficient trealment capacity and substandardefluent pollution in a service area of the expressway in Hebei Province, the original structure i used for optimization transformation.Takingfull advantage of the intelligent control system, the advantages of the polyurethane soft packing, such as fast mould hanging. high fluidizationdegree, large biomass, good effluent quality, high sludge concentration and less excess sludge of the MBR system are brought into play, theintelligent and unmanned management of system control is realized. The efluent quality of the sysem can meet the requirements of thestandard for flushing water quality in GB18920 -2020.The process has the advantages of low investment,good effluent quality,high intelligence and good economic and social benefits. It can be widely used in old service areas.
