摘要:目前,我国建筑业的发展趋势是绿色建筑技术.随着我国城市化进程的加快,给我国建筑业发展提供了巨大的发展空间,也给我国建筑业发展带来了诸多问题.建筑业中大量的原材料都是不能再利用的,而建筑工程本身就是一种非常复杂的工程,在较长周期的建造过程中,会造成大量的原材料的浪费,又没有经过科学的循环利用,造成了资源浪费.要促进建筑业的可持续发展,就必须在建筑设计源头下功夫,确保产品的品质和效益,创造出一个具有现代意义的项目;在建造过程中要考虑到环保,并要严格控制整个项目的造价.文章从绿色建筑的涵义及特征入手,对其建设的重要性进行了剖析,并提出了实施各种成本管理的对策以提高建筑业的经济效益。
Abstract: Currently, the development trend of China's construction industry is green buildling technology. With the acceleration ofurbanization in China,it has provided enormous development space for the constuction industry and also brought many problems to itsdevelopment. A large amount of raw materials in the construction industry cannot be reused, and constuction enginering iself is a verycomplex project. In the long cycle of construction, it will cause a large amount of waste of raw materals, and without scientific reeyeling.resuls in resource waste. To promote the sustainable development of the construction industry， efforts must be made at the source ofarchitectural design, ensuring the quality and efficiency of products, and creating a project wih moderm significance. During the constructionprocess, environmental protection should be considered and the cost of the entire project should be stricly controlled. The article starts withthe meaning and characteristics of green buildings， analyzes the importance of their construction，and proposes variou.
