Abstract: This article focuses on the current situation that the current 2000 national geodetic coortinale system cannot be directlyused due to the inluence of projection deformation in the horizontal control measurement practice of linear engineering in southwestemmountainous areas. Two main factors affecting projection deformation are analyzedl, and the method of using CNSS techmology and ellipsoidalexpansion method to establish an independent coordinate system for enginmeering is explained through engineering examples.
