Determination of 'Thallium in Cigarette by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要:采用硝酸+高氯酸+双氧水溶样,稀释法消除基体的干扰,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)仪测定卷烟中的钝。对仪器参数以及被测元素的质量数的选择进行讨论,在选定仪器最佳条件下,将30种市售卷烟样品进行测定,探讨了该检测方法中标准曲线线性相关性.检出限.精密度及回收率等指标,发现卷烟中都含有一定量的钝,其含量与卷烟价格无关,测量相对标准偏差均小于5(n=3),回收率在92%~97%之间。此法实用性强,能够快速检测卷烟中钝的含量。
Abstract: Thallum in cigarettes was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) wih nitric acid +perchloric acid and hlydrogen peroxide solution and dilution method to eliminate matrix interference. The selection of instrument paramelersand the mass number of the elemenls to be measured were discussed.Under the best condition of the selected instrument, 30 commercialcigarete samples were determined. The linear correlation of the standanrl curve, detection limit, precision and recovery rate in the delectionmethod were discussed. It was found that all cigarettes contained a certain amount of thallum, which had nothing to do with the price ofcigarettes. The relative standard deviation of measurenent was less than 5(n=3), and the recovery rate was between 92%o and 97%.Thismethod is practical and can be used for rapid determination of thallium in cigarettes.
