摘要:城市韧性对城市安全发展有重要影响。当前我国进入新发展阶段,新发展阶段必须深入贯彻新发展理念。本文选取珠三角城市群为研究对象,从新发展理念出发,构建并阐述了“创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享"五重维度的城市韧性逻辑框架。同时基于此城市韧性逻辑框架,系统分析珠三角城市群城市韧性的现状和制约因素,并提出稳步推进珠三角城市群城市韧性建设路径:增强创新驱动能力,推动区域协调发展,建设绿色美丽珠江三角洲,塑造高水平对外开放的新格局,深化公共服务与社会保障制度改革。
Abstract: Urban resilience has an important impact on the safe development of cities. At present，China has entered a newdevelopment stage, and the new development concept must be implemented in depth. This paper selects the Pearl River Delta (PRD)urbanagglomeration as the research object, and constructs and elaborates a five-dlimensional logical framework of urban resilience based on thenew development conceplt: "imovation, coortlination,green, openness and sharing". Based on this logical framework of urban resilience, thecurrent situation and constraints of the urban resilience of the PRD city cluster are systematically analysed, and the path of building theurban resilience of the PRD city cluster is steadily promoted: enhancing innovation -driven capacity， pronoting eoordlinated regionaldevelopment, buildting a green and beautiful Pearl River Delta, shaping a new pattem of high -level opening to the outside world, anddeepening the reform of public services and social security systems.
