Abstract: As a special phenomenon in the evolution of online public opinion, the reversal of online public opinion structure describesthe process of possible changes in the structure of group discourse power in the network society.Relatively common "public opinioninversion" , the reversal of online public opinion structure may have a greater impact on policy agenda setting and govermment decision-making implementation, so it is extremely urgent and necessary to clearly identify and accurately analyze the various factors that affect thereversal of the discourse power structure. Through comparative analysis, this paper explains the basic concept of online public opinionstructure reversal, combines typical examples and important documents to sort out and summarize relevant inluencing factors from the sciallevel, communication platform, communication individual and communication content. On this basis, 35 influencing factors of the reversal ofonline public opinion structure were extracted. At last, a hierarchical structure model of influencing factors was constnucted by using theinterpretive stnuctural modeling, and the hierarchical relationship and action path among various factors were identified, which providedtheoretical support for the regulation and governance of online public opinion structural reversal phenomena.
