摘要:本文针对U型梁施工过程,对钢筋绑扎、预应力张拉,混凝土浇筑、蒸汽养护、脱模、钢绞线放张、起吊等环节存在的问题进行了研究,分析问题产生的原因,提出了相应的改进措施,保障了梁体的施工质量。
Abstract This article focuses on the problems existing in the construction process of U-shaped beams, such as steel bar binding,pre-strss tensioning, concrete pouring, steam curing.demolding, steel strand tensioning, and lifting. The reasons for the problems are analyzed.and corresponding improvement measures are proposed to ensure the construction quality of the beam body.
