摘要;全面推进乡村振兴,加快农业农村现代化,是促进农业高质高效、乡村宜居宜业、农民富裕富足的重要途径。为了在新发展格局下摸清当前河北数字乡村建设的程度和水平,找到智慧农业发展的短板和问题,文章对河北省数字乡村建设及智慧农业发展进行了评估,指出当前河北省智慧农业发展的短板和问题,探讨了促进河北农业农村高质量发展的对策和建议,以推动智慧农业可持续发展,为河北实现农业现代化奠定坚实的基础。
Abstract: Comprehensively promoting rnural revitalization and accelerating agricultural and nural modernization are important ways toromote high-gquality and eficient agriculture, livability and employment in rural areas, and prosperity for farmers. In order to find out thelegree and level of the curent digital rural constuction in Hebei under the dual circulation, and find out the weaknesses and problems ofhe development of smart agriculture，this paper evaluates the digital rural construction and smart agriculture development in HebProvince, points out the weaknesses and poblems of the curenl smart agriculture development in Hebei Province, and discusses thexoumtermeasures andsuggestions to promote the high-quality development of agricultural and rural areas in Hebei Province,so as topromote the sustainable development of smart agriculure, to lay a solid foundation for achieving agriculural modernization in Hebei.
