摘要:由于水库枢纽工程建设项目各功能区尚未被用地标准覆盖,为促进标准未覆盖或者超标准用地的此类建设项目合理用地，文章结合行业专业技术设计规范、建设规范和自然资办发[2021]14号文、自然资发[2022130号文相关要求,重点从方案比选分析、用地规模和功能分区的合理性﹑同类案例用地对比分析三个方面,对广州市增城区大封门水库扩容工程进行节约集约用地分析论证，以合理确定建设项目用地功能分区和规模,以期为同类项目用地核减与规模论证提供参考。
Abstract: Since the functional areas of the reservoir hub engineering construction project have not yet been covered by the land usestandards,in order to promolte the rational use of land for such construction projects thal are not covered by the standardls or exceed thestandarls, this paper combines the industry professional and technical design specifications，constnuction specifications and the relevantrequirements of Natural Resources Development[2021]No.14 and Natural Resources Development [2022] No. 130, focusing on threeaspects: scheme comparison analysis, rationality of land use scale and functional zoning, and comparative analysis of land use for similarcases. The analysis and demonstration of land conservation and intensive use was carried out for the expansion project of DafengmenReservoir in Zengcheng District,Cuangzhou, so as to reasonably determine the functional zoning and scale of land for construction projects,in order to provide reference for the land reduction and scale demonstration of similar projects.
