摘要:本文探究了提高桥梁顶推施工效率、减轻人工劳动强度和降低造价的方法,主要研究了桥梁上构钢梁的连续顶推和多功能整合辐轴应用技术。根据该项目钢梁的结构设计特点和现有可用设备、材料情况,本文提出了推土机提供动力连续顶推、多功能整合辐轴解决方案,并对顶推系统实行信息化.智能化、自动化技术升级。此外,通过实验验证和实际应用,证明了本文提出的技术具有较强的可行性和实用性.应用这些技术可以大幅度提高连续顶推的效率、质量和安全稳定性,为桥梁工程的顶推施工提供了新的思路和方法。最终,这些技术也有望成为未来行业发展的趋势。
Abstract: This article explores methods to improve the efficiency of bridge launching construction, reduce manual labor intensity, andreduce costs. The main focus is on the continuous launching and mulifunctional integraled roller shaft application technology of steel beamson biridges.Based on the structural design characteristics of the steel beam of the project and the available equipment and materials, thisarticle proposes a solution for the bulldlozer to provide continuous power pushing and multifunctional integrated roller shaft, and upgradesthe pushing system wih information,inelligence, and automation technology. In addition, through experimental verification and practicalapplication,it has been proven that the technology proposed in this article has strong feasibility and practicality. The application of thesetechnologies can significantly improve the efficiency, quality, and safety stabiliy of contimuous lanching, providing new ideas and methodsfor the launching construction of bridge engineering. Ulimately, these technologies are also expected to become the trend of future industrydevelopment.
