Research on Construction Technology of Rotating Continuous Beam for Overcrossing Existing Railways

摘要;本文主要介绍了在新建西安至重庆高速铁路安康至重庆段站前XYKYZQ-9标段柴湾特大桥施工中,由于该特大桥上跨既有襄渝线铁路,为减少对既有铁路的影响,上跨桥梁为转体连续梁设计方案。但由于该连续梁转体涉及跨营业线正上方施工,施工安全风险仍然很高,为降低对既有铁路的安全风险,项目部对该连续梁所需的转体牵引力.安全系数及转体所需时间进行认真计算分析,对后续转体施工中所涉及到的各项工序进行制定严格的把控措施。通过采取上述一系列措施进行提前预控,以此指导现场安全施工,最大程度降低对既有铁路的安全风险,确保既有铁路的安全运营,该上跨既有铁路转体连续梁所采取的提前预控措施也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。
Abstract:This article mainly introduces the construction of the Chaiwan Super Large Bridge in front of the station of the AnkangChongqing section of the newly built Xian Chongqing high-speed railway. Due to the fact that the super large bridge spans the existingXiangyu Railway , in orler to reduce the impact on the exiting railway , the design scheme for the upper span bridge is a rotating continuoushbeam. However, lbecause the continuous beam swivel involves construction directly above the business line, the construction safety risk isstill high. In order to reduce the salety risk to the existing railway , the Project Department carefiully calculates and analyzes the swiveltraction force, factor of safety and time required for the swivel of the contimuous beam,and formulates strict control measures for allprocesses involved in the subsequent swivel construction. By taking a series of measures mentioned above for advance control, we aim toguide on-sie safety construction, minimize safety risks to existing railways, and ensure their safe operation. The pre control measures takenfor the rotatig contimuous beam of the existing railway crossing also provide reference for similar construction in the future.
