Design and Implementation of an Efficient and Reliable Bridge Type Transfer Machine for Rapid Excavation
in Coal Mines

摘要:煤矿综掘带式输送机具有长距离连续运输﹑大运量、可靠性高,性价比高的特点,且易于实现自动化集中控制.传统综掘桥式转载机适应底板起伏性能差漏撒料严重,搭接跨距小使得掘进机频繁停机延伸输送带,限制了综掘工作面掘进效率提升,加大了作业人员工作量和劳动强度,为提升煤矿综掘后配套运输系统生产能力,基于延长搭接跨距,能适应底板起伏对实现后配套连续运输的重要性,探讨了桥式转载机支撑小车防掉道结构,拱形自适应调节机构的可行性,提出了一种大跨距、拱形可调节桥式转载机的结构,研究了三自由度较接机构和起伏底板工况拱形调节机构设计等关键技术难点,测试结果表明应用可调节拱形的桥式转载机实现随底板起伏自动调整,确保带面水平,避免造成皮带跑偏漏撤料,解决侧倾,掉道等安全隐患,为高效高产矿井建设提供有力的设备支持,进一步完善综掘辅运环节配套,减少或实现辅运环节无人化作业,对充分发挥掘进机效能具有重要意义和实用价值。
Abstract: The coal mine comprehensive excavation belt conveyor has the characteristics of long-distance continous transportation,large capacity, high reliability, and high cost -effectiveness,and is easy to achieve automated centralized control. The traditionalcomprehensive excavation bridge type transfer machinme has poor adapltability to the undulating performance of the bottom plate and severeleakage and scattering of materials. The small overlapping span makes the excavation machine frequently stop and extend the conveyor bel,which limits the improvement of the excavation efficiency of the comprehensive excavation working face and increases the workload andlabor intensity of the operators. In order to enhance the protduction capacity of the supporting transpotation system after comprehensivemining in coal mines, based on the importance of extending the overlapping span and adapting to the fluctuation of the biottom plate toachieve continuous transportation after supporting, the feasibility of the anti fallng structure of the bridge type transfer machine supportingthe trolley and the arch shaped adaplive adjustment mechanism was discussed. A structure of a large span, arch shaped aljustable bridgetype transfer machine was proposed.The key technical dfficulties in the design of a three degree of freedom hinge mechanism and an archadljustment mechanism for undulating bottom plate working conditions were studlied. The test resuls show that the application of anadljustable arch bridge type transfer machine can aulomatically adjust wih the fluctuation of the bottom plate,ensure the level of the beltsurface, avoid belt deviation and leakage of materials, and solve safety hazards such as side tilting and falling, providing strong equipmentsupport for efficient and high-yield mine construction, further improving the supporting facilities of comprehensive excavation and auxiliarytransportation links, reducing or achieving unmanned operation of auxiliary transportation links. lt is of great significance and practical valuefor fully utilizing the efficiency of excavation machines.
