Roof System Stress Analysis under Uneven Settlement of Single-story Multi-span Steel Structure Workshop in Soft Soil Area

摘要:地基不均匀沉降对钢结构的安全性有很大影响,并且难以修复。本文以某一软土地区单层多跨门式刚架厂房为例,运用ABAQUS有限元计算软件对其进行分析,分为无屋盖系统与有屋盖系统两种厂房模型,针对屋盖系统对于结构受沉降后的内力变化影响进行了对比分析,结果表明:①通过对无屋盖与增加屋盖对比分析发现,增加屋盖系统后,B轴线梁节点、C轴线梁节点初始弯矩,剪力明显减小,当发生沉降后,两种模型中边柱柱顶以及与边柱相连的梁的两端弯矩受影响最大,②通过屋盖结构受不均匀沉降影响的变形与内力变化可知,增加屋盖后结构受沉降影响范围增大,且梁最大挠度较无屋盖情况减小,研究结果对提高软土区钢结构厂房施工技术具有一定的促进作用。
Abstract: The uneven settlement of foundation has great influence on the safety of steel structure and is difficult to repair. In thispaper, a single-story muli-span gantry rigid frame workshop in a softsoil area is taken as an example, and the ABAQUS finite elementcalculation software is used to analyze it. It is divided into two kinds of workshop models: the system without roof and the system with rof.The influence of internal force on the structure of the rof system after settlement is compared and analyzed.The results show that: ① afterthe roof system is added, the inmitial bending moment and shear force of B axis beam joints and C axis beam joints are significantly reduced.When settlement occurs, the bending moment of the top of the side column and the two ends of the beam connected with the side columnare affcted the most in the two models.②Aecording to the deformation and intemal force changes of the of structure affcted by theuneven setlement, it can be seen that the influence range of the structure affected by the setlement increases after the rof is aded, andthe maximum deflection of the beam decreases compared with that without the moof. The research results can promote the constructiontechnology of steel structure workshop in soft soil area.
