Research Hotspots and Trend Analysis of Building Energy Conservation Based on CiteSpace

摘要:在碳达峰.碳中和背景下,建筑节能一直大家关注的热点,为了全面把握建筑节能领域的研究热点及演练趋势,本文基于CiteSpace软件,依据中国知网的4688篇文献,绘制关键词共现图。结果表明:建筑节能的研究热点主要在既有建筑的公共建筑、居住建筑上。研究趋势主要从北方地区的保温供暖到既有建筑的提质改造,文献数量在20O7-2011年间达到峰值;近些年来,在往年的基础上,从建筑节能转为节能与低碳并重,从政府主导转变到偏重于市场机制以及鼓励多方主体参与的多元化发展,并且随着建筑节能在公共建筑、既有建筑、绿色建筑等重点专项工作成效显著,即便建筑节能文献的数量呈现下降趋势,但也说明建筑节能的研究已经存在实现的可能性。
Abstract: In the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization, building energy conservation has always been a focus ofattention. In order to fully grasp the research hotspots and dilling trends in the field of building energy conservation, this paper, based onCiteSpace software and 4688 documents of CNKIl, draws a keyword co occurrence map and a keyword time line map. The results show thatthe research focus of building energy eficiency is mainly on public buildings and residential buildings of existing builtings. The researchtrend is mainly from the thermal insulation and heating in the north to the upgrading and reconstnuction of existing buildings. The number ofdocuments reached the peak between 2007 and 2011. In recent yeas, on the basis of previous years, from buildting energy conservation toequal emphasis on energy conservation and low carbon, from govermment led to diversified development focusing on market mechanism andencouraging multi parties to participate, and with the remarkable achievements of building energy conservation in publie buildtings, existingbuildings，green buildlings and other key special work, even though the number of buildling energy conservation literature shows a downwarndtrend, it also shows that the research on building energy conservation has the possibility of realization.
