Causes of Damage to the Internal Components of the Reactor in the Light Hydrocarbon Aromatization Unit and Its Repair Design Renovation

摘要:在国内普遍轻怪芳构化装置均采用固定床反应器进行生产，固定床反应器由于催化剂积碳再生周期相对频繁经济效益差,不利于装置连续平稳生产实现效益的最大化,移动床反应器采用催化剂连续循环再生使用,对于轻怪芳构化装置连续安全平稳生产具有较大的促进,本文主要讲述移动床反应器,首次应用轻经芳构化装置的安装过程、及生产运行后检修出现的问题,对今后类似装置提供一定的借鉴价值。
Abstract: In China, fixed bed reactors are commonly used for the production of light hydrocarbon aromatization units.Due to therelatively frequent regeneration cyele of catalyst carbon deposition, fixed bed reactors have poor economic benefits and are not conducive tothe continuous and stable production of units to achieve maximum benefits. The mobile bed reactor adopts contimuous catalyst circulationand regeneration, which greatly promotes the contimuous, safe and stable production of light hydrocarbon aromatization devices. This articlemainly discusses the installation process of the mobile bed reactor, the first application of light hydrocarhon aromatization devices, and theproblems encountered in maintenance after prodluction and operation, providing certain reference value for similar devices in the future.
