摘要:针对一体化工业污水处理装置出水水质不达标、运行不稳定.运行维护费用高等的问题,对进水进行分类处理的同时,增加“物理隔油"和“溶气气浮除油”工艺,并将部分气浮出水回流至调节池,改善反硝化效果,技改结果表明,溶气气浮机出水达到排放标准,可直接排放,大大降低了后续工段一体化污水处理装置的运行负荷,也降低了设备的运行管理费用.同时,可以实现对废油的回收利用。
Abstract: In response to the problems of substandard efluent quality,unstable operation, and high maintenance costs in integratedindustrial wastewater treatment plants, while classifying the infuent water, "physical oil separation" and "dissolved airflotation oil removal"processes are added, and some of the air flotation effluent is retumed to the regulating tank to improve the denitrification effect. Thetechnical transformation results indlicate that the efluent of the dissolved air flotation machine meets the dlischarge standarnls and can bedirectly discharged, greatly reducing the operating load of the integrated sewage treatment device in subsequent sections and also reducingthe operatig and management costs of the equipment. At the same time, it can achieve the recycling and utilization of waste oil.
