Replenishment Decision via Stacking Strategy and Newsboy Model

摘要:针对市场中供需关系的不确定性会影响商家的补货决策问题,本文提出了基于Stacking 融合预测及报童模型的智能补货决策方法,并将模型应用于某商店,结果显示融合模型的MSE,RMSE,MAE显著低于单个基模型,说明预测模型的精度得到了改进,本文所设计的方法可辅助商家制定营销策略,减少产品滞销或供不应求带来的损失。
Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the supply and demand uncetainty in the market will affect the replenishment decision of themanager, this paper proposes an intelligent replenishment decision method based on the Stacking and newsboy model. Then the model isapplied to a slore. The results show that the fusion model's MSE,RMSE,and MAE are significanly lower than the single base modlel.indlicating that the accuracy of the predliction model is improved. The method designed in this stuly can improve businesses formulatemarketing strategies to minimize the loss caused by unsalable products or oversupply.
