摘要:随着国际环境复杂性的增加,联合指挥机构必然要紧紧围绕“效率导向"开展建设才能发挥其效能,同时现代研究表明组织流程成熟度与组织效率呈正相关关系,本文结合企业流程成熟度模型的研究构建了六维的联合指挥机构流程管理成熟度评价指标体系﹐并通过应用GREY-DEMATEL-ANP灰色聚类评价方法对某联合指挥机构流程成熟度进行了评价,得到了该机构流程管理成熟度水平,并提出了改进的意见。
Abstract: As the complexity of warfare increases, the joint command structure must be built around " eficiency orientation" in order tohe effective, and modem research shows that organizational process maturity is positively related to organizatiomal eficiency. In this paper, asix-dimensional process management maturity evaluation index system of a joint command organization is constmucted by combining theresearch of enterprise process maturity model, and the process maturity of a joint command organization is evaluated by applying CREY-DEMATEL-ANP gray clustering evaluation method. The process management maturity level of this organiration was obtained,andsuggestions for improvement were put forward.
