Research on the Opening and Management Operation of Sports Venues in Xi'an Colleges and Universities
after the 14th National Games

摘要:随着2021年9月27日第十四届全运会闭幕式的召开,意味着十四运的圆满结束,赛后体育场馆尤其是高校体育场馆作为一个特殊的“群体",面临后期管理运营、可持续发展等一系列问题,而十四运赛后体育场馆运营方面的研究几乎空白。本文通过查阅资料、实地考察与走访、咨询相关专家,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对十四运赛后西安高校体育场馆的对外开放现状及运营存在问题进行分析,从不同角度分析其制约因素,提出赛后西安高校体育场馆可靠的运营管理对策,为赛后西安高校体育场馆的有效利用、可持续发展提供参考。
Abstract: With the convening of the closing ceremony of the 14th National Cames on September 27, 2021, it means the succesfulconclusion of the 14th National Cames. Post-match sports venues, especially college sports venues, as a special " group", face with a seriesof problems such as later management and operation and sustainable development.'The research on the operation of sports venues after the14th National Cames is almost blank. This article analyzes the opening status and operation problems of Xi an university gymnasiums afterthe 14th National Cames, and analyzes its constraints from different perspectives by consulting materials, on-the-spot inspections and visit.consulting relevant experts,and using the method of literature materials and logical analysis. Then put forward the reliable operation andmanagement countermeasures of Xi'an university sports venues after the game, which provide a reference for the efective utilization andsustainable development of Xi'an university sports venues after the game.
