Research on Application of Process Modeling in Quality System Improvement of Aviation Enterprise

摘要:质量是航空领域的基石。当前的航空企业的质量管理体系普遍存在着文件规定与业务流程不匹配,质量管理手段落后、质量体系的改进动力来自于过程的后端等诸多问题.本文依托新时代质量管理体系建设项目,基于MBSE理论,借鉴其他领域较为成熟的建模与仿真思想,使用流程管理的相关方法,利用专业的软件工具,对A单位研制生产阶段的质量管理体系进行建模与仿真,实现A单位质量管理体系的动态管理。
Abstract: Quality lays the foundation for the aviation field.At present, there exists many problems in the quality management systemof this field such as the mismatch between regulations and business process; lay in quality management methods and incentive to improvequality system. In virtue of the new era quality management system construction poject, this paper, based on the MBSE theory and in lightof the mature concept in modeling and simulation in other fiels,models and simulates the quality management system of A with relatedprocess management methods and process management methods and professional software during development and proluction phase torealize the dynamic management of A's quality management system.
