摘要:在全过程工程咨询背景下,咨询企业面临转型发展的关键时刻。本文结合国际工程公司发展需求,围绕招标、造价、工程咨询构建了一体化服务体系建设模型,提出了一体化服务的重点举措,研究结果可为相关咨询企业提供理论框架和实践指导,助力实现转型升级。
Abstract: In the context of the whole process engineering consultation, consulting enterprises are confronting the critical moment oftransformational development. Considering the development demands of International Engineering Corporation,this studly constructs anintegrated service system construction model for bidling, cost and engineering consulation and formulates the key measures of integratedservice. Tlhe major significance of this studly is to providle a theoretical framework and practical guidance for related consuling enterprises toachieve transformation and upgrading.
