Prediction,Analysis and Prevention Measures of Soil and Water Loss in the Modernization Renovation Project of Jingdian Irrigation District

摘要:甘肃省景电大型灌区“十四五"续建配套与现代化改造项目涉及景泰、古浪两县共计82.47万亩农田部分灌溉工程的改造,其中项目改造经过的景泰县属中北部荒漠灌丛市级水土流失重点区,古浪县属于北方风沙区(新甘蒙高原盆地区)河西走廊及阿拉善高原区河西走廊农田防护防沙区。工程建设对当地的水土流失的影响主要为施工期的施工活动改变.损坏或压埋原有地貌及植被,形成地表裸露面,降低了原有植被的抗蚀和固土防风能力,加剧水土流失。本文重点分析了项目改造施工期可能造成的水土流失因素,针对性地提出了具体的治理措施,为其他类似改造工程提供借鉴。
Abstract: The "14th Five Year Plan"supporting and modernization reconstruction poject of Jingdian large shmub area in CansuProvince involves the reconstuction of 824700 mu of farmland irigation projects in Jlingtai and Gulang counties.Jlingtai County through thepoject reconstruction is a municipal key area of water and sil loss in the desert shrub area in the north of central China, and CulangCounty belongs to the Hexi Corridor in the nothem wind and sand area (the new Cansu and Imner Mongolia plateau basin area) and theHexi Corridor in the Alashan plateau area.The main impact of enginering construction on local soil and water loss is that the constructionactivities during the construction period alier,damage or bury the original landform and vegetation, forming exposed surtfaces on the surfac.reducing the erosion resistance, soil fixation and wind prevention ability of the original vegetation, and exacerbating soil and water loss.'Thisarticle focuses on analyaing the possible factors of sil erosion during the construction period of the project renovation, and proposes specificcontrol measures to provide reference for other similar renovation projects.
