Application of Hydraulic Climbing Die in the Construction of High Pier

摘要:梅塘村特大桥是湖南省龙塘至琅塘高速公路第一合同段的一座特大桥梁,桥梁总长为1940m,高墩占比60%,最大墩高110m,是本项目阶段性控制工程。笔者将以梅塘村特大桥高墩墩身施工为背景,结合液压爬模的技术特性,分析总结液压爬模施工的技术管控要点。
Abstract: Meitangcun Bridge is a large bridge in the first contract section of the Longtang-Langtang Expressway in Hunan Provincewih a total length of 1940 meters,60% of the high piers, and a maximum pier height of 110m, which is a phased control project of thispmoject. The author will take the construction of high piers of Meitangcun Special Bridge as the backgroundl, combined wih the technicalcharacteristics of hydraulic climbing dies, and analyze and summarize the technical control points of hydraulic climbing die construction.
