Research on 'Temperature Control of Mass Concrete Construction of Portal Pier Node of Highway Railway Joint Bridge

摘要;公铁合建桥常设置于城市空间受限区,其下部结构施工步骤常随施工条件调整,后浇段水化热影响连接节点使用性能,而普通外部温控措施又受场地局限,因此考虑采用内部温控方式,现有研究中将冷却水管应用于此类结构温控的研究较少。为此,本文以公铁合建桥梁门式墩混凝土施工为工程背景,建立三维实体有限元模型进行数值模拟计算,分别对有无冷却水管工况下结构温度的分布,高温区温度变化规律进行了分析。结果表明:水化热作用下门式墩节点处温度分布较不均匀,在转角与连接处存在明显高温区域;冷却水管可以有效降低混凝土结构的温度,提高结构的降温速率;冷却水管会在一定程度上增加混凝土构件的最大温差,应合理布置冷却水管的位置。
Abstract: T'he heat of hydration generated by large-scale concrete components has a great impact on construction quality and salety.The arrangement of cooling water pipes can effectively reduce the temperature of concrele components, so it is wilely used. Structures suchas bridge portal pier nodes have the characteristics of large size and slender components.Previously, there are few studis on the effect ofconcrete hydration heat and cooling water pipes for such structures. Therefore, this paper takes the concrete constuction of the potal pierjoints of the highway -railway bridge as the engineering background, establishes a three-dimensional solid model and carries out fimiteelement calculation, and amalyzes the structure temperature distribution and the temperature change law in the high temperature area underthe condition of whether there is a cooling water pipe or not.'The resuls show that the temperature ditribution of structures such as bridgeportal pier nodes is relatively uneven, and there are obvious high temperature areas at the comers and joints; the cooling water pipe caneffectively retuce the temperature of the concrete stucture and improve the cooling rate of the structure. ln order to increase the maximumtemperature difference of concrete members, the position of cooling water pipes should be arranged reasonably.
