Case Analysis of Unconventional Lifting of LNG Dock Unloading Arm under Large Span Conditions

摘要:液化天然气码头一般采用高桩墩台形式,工作平台通过狭长引桥连接陆域离岸布置,工艺设施卸料臂采用大型船舶吊装的方式完成设备安装,其实施过程是LNC接收站项目建设中一个难度较大的施工科目。本文结合项目实际建设特点,创新提出在大跨距条件下实施陆域吊装卸料臂的方案,在简化政府审批手续.降低施工安全风险以及节约成本方面都有显著效果,可以为后续类似项目建设提供有益参考。
Abstract: Liquefied natural gas terminals generally adopt the form of high pile piers and abutments. The working platform is comnectedto the land and ofishore layout through a narrow approach bridge, and the unloading arm of the process facilities is installed by a large shiplifting method. The costruction process is a dificult constuction subject in the construction of LNG receiving station projects. Based on theactual constuction characteristics of the project, this article innovatively proposes a plan to implement land lifing and unloading arms underlarge span conditions,which has significant effects in simplifying govermment approval procedures, reducing construction safety risks, andsaving costs. It can provide useful reference for similar project construction in the future.
