Study on the Effect of New Rejuvenating Agent on the High and Low Temperature Properties of Aged SBS Modified Bitumen

摘要:尽管传统物理再生方式对老化SBS改性沥青低温性能的提升具有明显的效果,但是其不可避免地对其高温性能造成不利影响。鉴于此,如何解决在提升老化SBS改性沥青低温性能的同时,保证其高温性能依旧维持在较高水平,是目前老化SBS改性沥青材料高质量再生的关键性问题,为达到上述目标,本研究采用结构刚性的反应性再生剂A和结构柔性的反应性再生剂B对老化SBS改性沥青(aSBSmB)进行协同再生,同时基于物理性能测试,分析再生剂A和再生剂B对老化SBS改性沥青协同再生效果.结果表明:再生剂A与再生剂B的协同作用不仅可显著改善老化SBS改性沥青的低温延展性,而且还能较好地保持高温稳定性。
Abstract: Although the traditional physical rejuvenation method has an obvious effect on the improvement of the low temperatureperformance of the aged SBS modified bitumen, it inevitably has an adverse impact on the high temperature performance. In view of this,how to improve the low temperature peformance of aged SBS modified bitumen while ensuring that its high temperature performance is stillmaintained at a high level is the key issue for high-quality rejuvenation of aged SBS modified bitumen materials. In onder to achieve theabove goals, this stuly adopts A rigidl reactive rejuvenated and B flexible reactive rejuvenated to carry out collaboative rejuvenation of agedSBS modified bitumen (aSBSmB).Meanwhile, based on the physical performance test, the collaborative rejuvenation effect of A and B onaging SBS modified asphalt is analyzed. The results show that the synergistic action of rejuvenating A and rejuvenating B can not onlysignificantly improve the ductility of aged SBS modfied bitumen at low temperature, but also maintain high temperature stability.
