Construction of BIM Data Model Application Scenario Based on BIM Smart Construction Site Platform

摘要:工程施工领域中的BM+智慧工地平台应用能有效为项目管理带来新的契机,而作为智慧工地的核心关键,则是高效的使用BM数据模型能拓展工程项目在多维度场景中的综合应用。本文通过对BM数据模型建构的过程进行梳理,分析在各阶段BM数据模型的建构过程及其适用范围,最终为实现施工项目成本管控、质量及安全管理、增强项目信息化应用场景等提供相应的构建路径,可为智慧工地的应用场景搭建提供新思路。
Abstract: T'he application of BIM+smart site platform in the field of engineering constuction can electively bring new opportunities forproject management. As the core of smart site, the efficient use of BM data model can expand the comprehensive application of engineeringprojects in muli-dimensional scenarios. This paper combs the construction process of BM data model analyzes the construction processand scope of application of BM data model at each stage, and finally provides a comresponding construction path for realing cost conlol,quality and safety management of construction projects, and enhancing project information application scenarios, which can provide newideas for the construction of application scenarios of smart construction sites.
