Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Viscous Fluid Dampers

摘要;粘滞流体阻尼器耗能性较强,动力性能比较稳定,因此在减震设计中应用较为广泛.为保证粘滞流体阻尼器的减震效果,需要对其进行力学性能试验研究。本文以某公司生产的粘滞阻尼器为试验样品,对其进行了基本力学性能测试、频率相关性能测试,慢速测试。对实验数据进行回归分析,得到了粘滞流体阻尼器的阻尼系数和阻尼指数,分析试验数据后发现较低的频率和较小的位移时黏滞阻尼器的阻尼力-位移滞回曲线表现出摩擦特性,曲线呈现出近似矩形的形状,这说明此时在黏滞流体阻尼器的阻尼力中,活塞和导杆与缸体的摩擦占了很大部分,该摩擦使阻尼器在工作过程中产生轴向抗力,进而引起黏滞阻尼器在低速运动下的锁死不启动,与结构变成刚性连接,不能起到减震效果;或者降低黏滞阻尼器提供的附加阻尼比,影响减震效果。据此,本文提出了一种考虑摩擦力的黏滞流体阻尼器阻尼力计算公式。
Abstract: Viscous fluid dampers have strong energy dissipation and relatively stable dynamic performance, so they are widely used inseismic design. In order to ensure the damping effect of viscous fluid damper,it is necessary to sturly its mechanical properties. Tlaking theviscous damper produced by a company as the test sample, the basic mechanical property lest,frequeney dependent performance test and slowspeed test are carried out.The damping coefficient and damping exponent of viscous fluid damper are obtained by regression analysis of theexperimental data. After analyzing the test data, it is found that the damping force displacement hysteretic curves of viscous dampers exhibitfriction characleristics at lower frequencies and smallr displacements. Tlhe curve shows an appromimately rectangular shape, which shows thatthe friction between the piston and the guide rod and the eylinder block is very large in the damping force of viscous fluid damper at this time.The friction causes the damper to produce axial resistance in the process of operation, and then causes the viscous damper to lock under lowspeed motion and does not start.Rigid connection wih the structure, can not play a shock absorption effect; or reduce the additional dampingratio provided by viscous dampers to affect the damping effect. Based on this, a damping force formula for viscous fluid damper consideringfriction force is presented.
