Brief Discussion on the Whole Process Control and Application of Construction Project Cost Management

摘要:我国部分施工企业的工程项目管理模式依旧处于发展探索阶段,为解决这一现实困境,需要在施工工程造价管理现存问题的基础上明确全过程造价管理要点并落实针对性管理措施。本文以A施工企业承接的绿化工程为例,通过落实全过程造价控制的方式有效提高了企业经济效益。说明工程造价管理全过程控制有助于企业实现造价管理目标,为社会提供更为优质的服务。
Abstract: 'The project management mode of some construction enterprises in our country is still in the development and exploration stage.ln order to solve the dilemma, we need to make clear the key points of the whole process cost management on the basis of the existing problems ofconstruction project cost management and implement targeled management measures.Tlaking the greening project undertaken by A constuctionenterprise as an example, this paper eflectively improves the economic benefits of the entermprise by implementing the whole process cost conltrol.lt shows that the whole process control of project cost management is helpful for enterprises to achieve the goal of cost management and providebetter service for the sociely.
