Research on the Impact of Water Conservancy Engineering Construction on Ecological Environment

摘要:由于城市在建设过程中更注重地面以上部分的建设而忽视地面以下排水系统、雨污分流系统等的建设,造成了严重的城市内涝。因此,需要重点从城市所处的流域,水系等层面以顺应自然规律的角度,统筹安排城市内外.水系上游下游、自然泄水及城市排污的整治工程。本文以漯河市西城区环城水系建设项目为例详细分析城市水利工程建设如何降低对生态环境的影响,进而提升城市功能,提高居住品质,实现经济、社会、环境效益的有效结合与协调发展。
Abstract: Due to the fact that cities pay more attention to the constuction of the above ground parts during the construction process,while neglecting the construction of drainage systems and rainwater sewage diversion systems below the ground, serious urban walterloginghas been caused. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the basin and water system of the city from the perspective of complying with naturallaws, and to coordinate and arrange the renovation projets of both inside and outside the city,upstream and downstream of the watersystem,natural drainage,and urban sewage discharge.'Tlaking the construction project of the water system around the city in XichengDistrict of Luohe City as an example, this paper analyzes in detail how the urban water conservancy project can reduce the impact on theecological environment, thereby improving the urban function, improving the living quality, and realizing the effctive combination andcoordinated development of economic,social and environmental benefits.
