摘要:双重预防机制建设是现代企业安全管理工作的重要组成部分,也是基层安全管理人员的首要工作之一。行之有效的双重预防机制建设可以促进企业提升安全管理水平,管控安全风险,防范安全生产事故.笔者是一家大型国有非煤露天矿山基层安全员，通过对近几年双重预防机制工作过程中的体会和心得,整理总结了安全员在双重预防机制建设的部分经验与方法,以期为各基层安全管理人员提供参考。
Abstract: 'The construction of double prevention mechanism is an important part of moderm enterprise safety management, and whichis also one of the primary work of grass-roots safety management personel. The construction of an effctive dual prevention mechanism canpromole enterprises to improve the level of safety management, control safety risks, and prevent safety accidents. The author is a grass-rootssafety officer of a large state-owned non-coal open-pit mine. Through the experience and experience of the work of the double preventionmechanism in recent years, the author summarized some experiences and methodls of the safety officer in the construction of the doubleprevention mechanism, in order to provide reference for the grass-roots safety management personnel.
