摘要;采取矢量分析技术判断设备退化方向,并针对不同的退化方向建立距离判据模型,通过设置特征参数权重与调整系数,改变阈值区间的空间几何形状以达到提高模型灵敏度的目的,并提出了状态渐变状态区间的判定方法。将建立的模型应用于设备冷却水泵电机的状态评价,结果验证了模型的有效性。
Abstract:Vector analysis technology is used to judge degeneration direction.Accorling to the different degeneration directions,distance criterion model is established, which can change the spatial geometry of threshold inerval to inprove the sensitivity of the model.The judgement method of state transition area is given.The moudel is applied to health status assessment of the motor of equipment coolingpump,and the results show that the method is reliable.
