Taking Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises as an Example

摘要:质量绩效评价作为一种改进产品质量、促进绩效提升的系统管理方法,近年来相关研究已成为企业质量管理领域的热点领域。但从国内外已有的研究成果看,对于企业组织内部的质量绩效评价,没有公认统一的指标及模型方法,因此创建适用本组织特点的质量绩效评价体系和方法迫在眉睫,本文以装备制造业企业为例,在系统分析当前质量绩效考核模式存在的问题基础上,提出构建基于“模拟内部供应链"的质量绩效评价模型、质量绩效评价指标体系和基于层次分析法的指标权重设计方法,以增强企业质量绩效评价的科学性和有效性,期望其对相关装备制造业企业质量绩效评价机制建立提供参考和借鉴。
Abstract: Quality performance evaluation,as a systematic management method for improving poluct quality and promotingperformance improvement, has become a hot topic in the field of enterprise quality management in recent years.However, based on existingresearch results both domestically and intermnationally, there is no universally recognized and unified imdlicator or model method for qualityperformance evaluation within enterprise organizations.'Therefore, it is urgent to crealte a quality performance evaluation system and methodthat is suitable for the characteristics of the organization.This article takes equipment manulacturing enterprises as an example, and basedon a systematic analysis of the problems in the curent quality performance evaluation model, proposes the construction of a qualityperformance evaluation model based on "simulated intemal supply chain", a quality performance evaluation index system, and a weightdesign method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process to enhance the scientific and effective quality performance evaluation of enterprises. Itis hoped that it can provide reference and inspiration for the establishment of quality performance evaluation mechanisms for relevantequipment manufacturing enterprises.
