An Analysis of Building Energy Consumption Based on Green Building Engineering

摘要;为提升绿色建筑工程的能耗分析精度和施工全过程能耗控制能力,文章以深圳创业投资大厦项目为例,对绿色建筑工程的大厦能耗展开分析,使用生命周期评价(Life-Cycle Assessment, LCA),阐述LCA分析步骤,确定研究对象及系统边界,并构建建筑全生命周期能耗分析模型。并根据大厦能耗分析模型,对深圳创业投资大厦项目的建造阶段.运营阶段、维护阶段、拆除回收阶段四个阶段进行能耗分析,最后根据全过程能耗分析结论,提出对应阶段的节能管理措施。
Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of energy consumption analysis and the ability to control energy consumption throughout
the construction process of green building projects,this article takes the Shezhen Venture CapitalBiling pnoject as an example toanalyze the energy consumption of green buildling projects. Life Cycle Assessment(LCA) is used to explain the steps of LCA analysis,
determine the research objects and system boundaries, and construct a model for analyzing energy consumption throughout the entire lifecycle of buildlings.And based on the energy consumption analysis model of the buildting, enery consumption analysis is conducted for theconstruction phase,operation phase,maintenance phase, and demolition and recycling phase of the Shenzhen Venture Capital
Building
project. Finally, based on the conclusions of the entire process energy consumption analysis,corresponding energy -saving ma
nagement
measures are proposed for the corresponding stages.
