Research on the Application of Micro-step Construction Method of Intelligent Mechanical Supporting for Large-section Tunnel

摘要:大断面隧道智能化机械配套徵台阶施工工法,依据新奥法原理施工的高速铁路隧道工程,优化初期支护参数,选用大型智能化机械设备配套施工,改善初期支护对围岩承载能力的影响。智能化机械配套微台阶施工具有降低施工安全风险,保证施工质量,提高施工效率、改善施工环境等优点。基于国内某条高速铁路隧道,根据初期支护围岩监控量测数据和应力测试结果,动态调整初期支护参数,验证了大断面隧道围岩较差时支护微台阶施工的可行性。
Abstract: The high-speed railway tunnel project constructed acordling to the principle of new Austrian law optimizes the initialsupport paramelters, and selects large -scale intelligent machinery and equiment to improve the influence of the initial support on thebearing capacity of the surounding rock. Intelligent mechanical supporting micro -step constnuction has the advantages of reducingconstruction safety risks, ensuring construction quality, improving construction efciency, and improving constnuction environment. Based ona high-speed railway tunnel in China, the imitial support paramelters are dynamically adjusted accortling to the monitoring measurement dataand stress test results of the initial supporting suroundling rock, which verifies the feasibility of supporting mico-step construction when thesurrounding rock of large-section tunnel is poor.
