摘要;为了解决烘干线进料口处料厚不均匀而需要人工干预的问题,在充分调研现场、产品和已有设备状况的基础上,分析比较了几种可行的方案以后,通过类比实验,做出了材料、制造和使用成本最低的,即经济性最好的——使用滑道加分流器的解决方案,经技术和生产人员的审核,认为该方案的性价比高且可行。具体实施后,不仅能够实现烘干线进料口处物料自动摊平,从而保证产品的烘干质量和产量;而且节省了每年42,000元的人工费用。
Abstract: In onder to solve the problem of uneven material thickness at the feeding port of drying line and the need for mamualintervention, on the basis of full investigation of the site, products and existing equipment, after analyzing and comparing several feasibleschemes, through the analogy experimenl, we make the lowest material, manufacturing and use cost, namely the best economic solution:using slide and slider shunt. After the examination of technical and production personnel,it is considered that the scheme is cost-efiectiveand feasible. After the implementation, it can not only realize the automatic amortization of the material at the feeding port of the dryingline, so as to ensure the drying quality and output of the product. And save the anual labor costs of 42,000 yuan.
