Research and Application of Newly Increased 'Tail Brush Technology for Shift Freezing Method under Rich Water Sand Layer

摘要:目前地铁盾构施工技术的应用已较为成熟,但在不同地层地质条件下的盾构施工差异性较大,难免会出现盾尾刷密封失效等问题。本文涉及的盾构区间主要位于富水砂层,在正常掘进中出现盾尾刷密封失效,随后采取一系列处置措施后暂时解决问题,之后将盾构机短距离移位至地质条件较好的地层,再对盾体周围土体进行冷冻,检查并新增一道盾尾刷,最终顺利完成该盾构区间施工任务。通过工程实践,验证了该技术在富水砂层条件下新增盾尾刷的良好效果,可以为国内外类似实践工程提供一些有益参考。
Abstract: At present,the application of shield tunneling technology in subway construction is relatively mature, but there aresignificant differences in shield tunneling construction undr different geological conditions, which inevitably leads to problems such as sealfailure of shield tail brushes. The shield tunel section covered in this article is mainly located in a water rich sand layer. During normalexavation, the sealing failure of the shield tail brush occured, and a series of disposal measures were taken to temporarily solve theproblem.Afterwarnls, the shield tunnel machine was moved to a geological layer with good geological conditions for a short distance, and thesoil around the shield body was frozen, inspected, and a new shield tail brush was added. Finally, the construction task of the shield tunnelsection was successfully completed. Through engineering practice, the good effect of adting shield tail brushes under the condition of richwater sand layers has been verified, which can provide some useful references for similar practical projects at home and abroad.
