摘要:高墩连续刚构桥施工中,边跨现浇段受特殊地形条件及施工条件影响,往往施工难度大,施工安全、质量风险高,是连续刚构桥施工的重要控制点,本文结合治租河特大桥施工实例,研究高墩连续刚构桥边跨现浇段施工技术,重点阐述边跨现浇段托架施工工艺,结果表明,高墩连续刚构桥边跨现浇段采用托架施工方案合理、安全可靠、施工方便、效果良好,对类似工程施工具有借鉴意义。
Abstract: In the construction of high pier continuous rigid frame bridge, the technology of casting in-situt of side-span is a significantcontrol point, which features as high construction difficulty and high risks of construction and quality due to the inuence of specialtopographic as well as construction conditions. The essay focuses on studlying the construction techmology used in casting in-situ of side-span in the high pier continuous rigid frame bridge based on the example of the Zhin River Huge Bridge Constuction, mainly expoundingthe bracket construction technology in casting in-situ of side-span. Examples demonstrate that adlopting the bracket construction techmologyin casting in-situ of side-span in the high pier contintous rigid frame hridge is reasonable,convenient, safe and efficient, which hasreferential value for similar projects.
