Application of BIM in EPC Project Cost Control

摘要:以BM技术在EPC项目全过程成本控制中的应用为研究,分析了传统方式下EPC模式的成本控制难点,展示了BM技术在EPC项目成本控制中的优势。通过BM技术的Revit软件,实现设计部门,采购部门、技术人员以及业主方在设计阶段的项目沟通和信息共享;通过引入进度、成本信息,构建BM-5D模型,实现对成本的动态管理与控制。最后,通过实例分析,证明BM技术可为EPC项目实现成本控制。
Abstract: Taking the application of BlM technology in the cost control of the whole process of EPC poject as the research, thedificuly of cost control in the EPC mode under the traditional method is analyzed, and the advantages of BIMtechnology in the cost controlof EPC project are demonstrated. Tnrough the Revit software of BM technology, the project communication and information sharing betweenthe design department, the procurement department, ltechnicians and the owner in the design stage are realized; by introlucing progress andcost information,BIM-5D model is constructed to realize dynamic management and control of costs. Fimally, through case analysis,it isproved that BIM technology can realize cost control for EPC projects.
