SEM-based Research on Quality Influencing Factors of Assembled Buildings

摘要:随着工业4.0时代的到来,工程项目大多呈现出了向智能化方向发展的趋势,当然装配式建筑以其特有的优势占据了一定市场,但是在大量建设的同时也暴露出了一些问题,其中最大问题所在是装配式建筑的质量能否满足规范以及安全.适用、耐久性的要求.介于此,本文建立在文献研究的基础上,构建了以构件设计,生产运输、施工安装、竣工验收阶段为潜在变量,四个不同阶段的十二个影响因素为观测变量的模型,运用结构方程模型分析得出装配式建筑质量在不同阶段会受到多种因素的影响,并且针对不同阶段提出了相应的解决方法。
Abstract: With the arrival of the industry 4.0 era,most of the engineering projects have shown the trend of development in thedirection of intelligence, of course, the assembly building with its unique advantages to ocupy a certain market, but in the construiction of alarge number of at the same time also exposed a number of problems, of which the biggest problem is the quality of the assembly buildling tomeet the specification as well as the safety, suitability and durability requirements. In this reganr, this paper builds on the basis of literatureresearch,constructs a model with component design, production and transportation,constnuction and installation, and completion andacceptance stages as potential variables, and twelve infuencing factors in fourdifferent stages as observational variables,and analyzes andconcludes that the quality of assembled buildings is affected by a variety of factors in different stages by using structural equation modeling.and proposes the corresponding solutions for different stages.
