摘要:运用CiteSpace科学计量软件对国内外近8年跨境电商文献进行研究，通过关键词聚类分析得出了国内外跨境电商研究热点,结合时区视图分析结果提出了国内外跨境电商的发展趋势.研究结果表明研究热点涵盖海外仓、跨境物流、电商平台、大数据分析和供应链。未来研究趋势朝着航空货运.区块链、产业链、数字贸易、电商生态系统、综合试验区、消费者行为和双循环方向发展。
Abstract: CiteSpace scientific metrology software was used to study the literature on cross-borler e-commerce at home and abroad inthe past 8 years. Through keyword cluster analysis, the research holspots of cross-border e-commerce at home and abroad were obtained.Combined with the analysis result of time zone view, the development trend of cross-border e-commerce at home and abroad was proposed.The results show that domestic research hotspots cover overseas warehouses, cross-border logistics and e-commerce platforms, while foreignresearch holspots cover big data analysis，supply chain and perceived risk. The future research trend is towards air freight, blockchain,industrial chain, digital trade, e-commerce ecosystem, comprehensive test area,consumer behavior and double circulation.
