Exploration and Management Practice of Digital Delivery in Petrochemical Projects

摘要:二十一世纪是数字化、信息化时代,我国石油化工和炼油产品行业对于数字化的构筑和建设进行了多年的开拓发展和实际应用研究,已经形成相对丰富和完善的理论积淀.本文以工程实际为基础,分析了石化项目数字化交付相比传统工程交付的独特优势,明确了数字化交付在石化项目数字化转型的重要地位,探讨了石化工程公司数字化交付的实施目标及软硬件交付基础.阐述了交付过程中的对象选择,质量和进度控制、变更追溯的管理经验。
Abstract: The 2lst century is an era of digitization and informatization.China's petrochemical and refining product indutries haveconducted years of exploration, development， and practical application research on the constuction of digitalization, and have formed arelatively rich and complele theoretical accumulation. Based on engineering practice, this paper analyzes the unique advantages of digitaldelivery of petrochemical projects over traditional project delivery，clarifies the important position of digital delivery in the digitaltransformation of petrochemical projects, and discusses the implementation goals and software and hartware delivery basisof digial deliveryof petrochemical engineering companies. The management experience of object selection， quality and schetule control, and changetraceability during the delivery process are elaborated.
