Exploration and Practice of Internal Marketization Management in Coal Enterprises

摘要:内部市场化是在契约关系基础上对企业内部出现的动力不足.内控不严.责任不清等问题进行合理解决,当前煤炭企业已经施行了内部市场化管理模式,但所产生的效果并不明显,在内部市场化管理观念.政策条件、激励机制以及沟通反馈等诸多方面仍存在较多问题,因此,本文立足于煤炭企业内部市场化管理问题,利用PDCA模型从政策条件、顶层设计.执行规范以及分析改进等层面对问题进行持续改进,从而确保煤炭企业得以实现高质量﹑高效率发展。
Abstract: Intermal marketization is a reasonable solution to problems such as insufficient motivation, lax internal control, and unclearresponsibilities that arise within an enterprise based on contractual relationships. Currently coal enterprises have implemented an intermalmarket-oriented management model, but the results are not obvious. There are still many problems in the concept of intemal market-oriented management, policy conditions , incentive mechanisms, and communication feedback. Therefore, this article is based on the intermalmarket-oriented management issues of coal enterprises, using the PDCA model to continously improve the problems from policy conditions,top-level design, execution standarnls, and analysis and improvement, in order to ensure that coal entemprises can achieve high-quality andefficient development.
