Research on the Improvement Path of Eco-environmental Governance Performance in Jiangsu Province under the Background of Green Development

摘要:实施绿色发展战略是建设生态文明的必然选择。然而,江苏省的资源与环境条件先天不足,后续的经济发展与资源、环境承载之间的矛盾日益凸显,环境的外部性决定了环境治理只有在政府的引导和监督下,充分发挥市场的调节作用才能达到最优状态。因此,改善政府生态环境治理绩效是推动绿色发展的重要路径,本文提出了江苏省生态环境治理绩效提升路径,以提高江苏省生态环境治理水平,推进绿色低碳发展。
Abstract: 'The implementation of green development strategy is the inevitable choice to build ecological civiliration. However, theresources and environmental conditions of Jiangsu Province are congenital deficiencies. Therefore, the contradiction between the subsequenteconomic development and the bearing capacity of resourcs and environment is increasingly prominent. The extemality of environmentdetermines that only under the guidance and supervision of the govermnment can environmental govermance achieve the optimal state bygiving.full play to the regulating role of the market. Therefore, inmproving the government's ecological and environmental governanceperformance is an important way to promote green development. This paper puts forward the performance inmprovement path of eco-environmental govermance in jiangsu province, so as to improve the level of eco-envirommental govermnance in Jiangsu Province, and thenpromote green and low-carbon development.
