摘要:对轨道交通绿色数智化供应链的风险进行综合评估分析,基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法建立评估模型,以南京中车集团为例,从管理风险.合作伙伴风险、市场风险,技术风险,环境风险,政策性不可抗力风险等六个方面对轨道交通供应链风险进行分析,并针对各类风险给出相应建议,助力我国轨道交通绿色数智化发展。
Abstract: In this paper, the risk of rail transit green digital intelligence supply chain is comprehensively evaluated and analyzedl, andan evaluation model is established based on AHP and fuwry comprehensive evaluation.Tlaking Nanjing CRRC Group as an example, the riskof rail transit supply chain is analyzed from six aspects, such as management risk, partner risk, market risk, technical risk, environmentalrisk and policy force majeure risk, and corresponding suggestions are given to help the development of rail transit green digital intelligencein China.
