摘要:大藤峡水利枢纽右岸厂房进水口闸门种类多、工序繁杂、工期紧,为加快施工进度,一期混凝土浇筑前,完成门槽埋件的安装和调试,并直接将埋件埋在一期混凝土中,从而取消了进水口拦污栅.检修门,事故门门槽二期混凝土,既保证了施工质量,又大大缩短了施工工期。依据现场施工情况对技术方案进行优化,对结构和功能的进一步优化,使吊装、安装更加安全可靠。
Abstract There are many types of intake gates for the right bank powethouse of the Datengxia Water Conservancy Hub,with complexproceses and tight construction schedules. In order to acelerate the constuction progress, the installation and commissioning of the gateslot embedled parts were completed before the first phase concrete pouring, and the embeded parts were directly buried in the first phaseconcrelte. This eliminated the second phase concrete for the intake trash rack,maintenance door, and accident door slot,ensuringconstruction quality and grealy shortening the constnuction periodl. The technical plan is optimized based on the on -site constructionsituation. 'The further optimization of the structure and function makes lifting and installation safer and more reliable.
