Prestressed Construction Technology of New Type Prefabricated Box Girder with Passenger and Freight Lines

摘要:铁路箱梁梁型不断更新迭代,导致部分老的施工方法难以高效完成施工。本文以金甬铁路2019版客货共线预制有碎轨道后张法预应力混凝土简支箱梁预应力现场施工为工程背景,从橡胶棒抽拔到封锚多个环节进行研究。最终形成了一套由多项专利工装代替传统施工方法的施工技术.本技术具有工装.设备制作简易、作业工效高、劳力成本省等多个优点,可为今后该梁型施工提供一定的借鉴作用。
Abstract: Due to the continuous updating and iteration of the railway box ginder type, it is difficult for some old construction methodsto complete the construction efficiently. This paper takes the construction of post tensioned prestressed concrete simply supported box ginderof Jinyong Railway 2019 mixed passenger and freight track precast ballasted track as the engineering background, and studlies from nuberrod extraction to anchor sealing. Fimally, a set of construction technology that replaces traditional construction melhods with a number ofpatented tooling has been formed.This technology has many advantages, such as simple tooling, simple equipment manufacturing. high workefficiency, low labor cost, etc., which can provide some reference for the future beam construction.
