Research on the Effect of Fibers from Waste Tires to Ultra-High Performance Concrete

摘要:超高性能混凝土(Ultra-High Performance Concrete,UHPC)是一种新型水泥基复合材料,因其拥有超高强度、高韧性、高耐久性、低孔隙率且自密实性好,与普通的混凝土材料相比优势十分明显,但高昂的造价限制其推广应用。基于此,采用来自于废旧轮胎的两种纤维制备超高性能混凝土,并测定其动弹性模量、抗压强度、抗折强度和流动性,从而分析废旧轮胎钢纤维和聚合物纤维掺杂对超高性能混凝土性能的影响。
Abstract: Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) is a new type of cement-based composite material that has significant advantages over ordinary concrete materials due to its ultra-high strength, high toughness, high durability, low porosity, and good self compaction.However, its high cost limits its promotion and application. Based on this, two types of fibers from waste tires were used to prepare ultrahigh performance concrete, and their dynamic elastic modulus, compressive strength, flexural strength, and flowability were measured toanalyze the effect of steel fiber and polymer fiber doping from waste tires on the performance of ultra-high performance concrete.
