Parametric Modeling Design of Spot Welding Based on Tcl Language

摘要:点焊连接是地铁车辆等不锈钢车体上广泛采用的焊接技术。常规不锈钢车体通常包含上万个焊点,在车体强度仿真分析前期的建模过程中需要大量重复性操作来建立焊点模拟单元。本文针对不锈钢点焊车体中的典型结构——单帽型梁结构,通过调用编译的 Tcl 语言,对常用的有限元分析前处理程序 HyperMesh2017.1 进行二次开发,实现单帽型梁结构有限元建模前处理参数化设计,并应用 Ansys 仿真计算平台对结构模态进行分析,通过与试验结果的对比验证该设计的可行性,实现前处理过程工作效率的提升。
Abstract: Spot welding is a welding technology widely used in metro vehicles and other stainless steel car bodies. A typical stainless steel car body usually contains tens of thousands of solder joints, so there will be a lot of manual and repeated operations in the process of finite element modeling pretreatment of car body structure analysis. In this paper, aiming at the typical structure of stainless steel spot welding car body, single hat structure, the secondary development and design of Hypermesh2017.1 are carried out by calling the compiled Tcl language. The pretreatment process parameterization of single hat structure finite element modeling is realized, and the structural modal is analyzed by using ANSYS simulation platform. The feasibility of the design is verified by comparing with the test results improve the efficiency of pretreatment process.
