Layout Optimization Design of Clutch Production Workshop Based on SLP and AHP Method

摘要:通过分析某离合器生产车间布局现状和存在问题,采用 SLP 法分析了车间物流关系和非物流关系,然后运用关联线图法和线形图法设计了两个优化方案,最后利用 AHP 法从经济性、合理性等维度对原始方案和两个优化方案进行评价,证明优化方案二更能有效提高设备利用率、生产效率降和低仓储成本。
Abstract: By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the layout of a clutch production workshop, the SLP method is used to analyze the logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship of the workshop, and then two optimization schemes are designed by using the correlation line graph method and the line graph method. Finally, the AHP method is used to evaluate the original scheme and the two optimization schemes from the dimensions of economy and rationality. It is proved that the second optimization scheme can effectively improve the utilization rate of equipment, reduce production efficiency and reduce storage costs.
